With all that pre, and if post nutrition is good 50gr hbcg and 30g EAA is where i would start. You can add a little bit more till you notice you're not sore. Or add more and take carbs from some where else
Mine is high, but 50% of my carbs for the day are in mine. I gain very little fat and recover well on this.
Same here the bulk of my carbs are before noon then it's 50-60 grams the rest of the day until bed. I think another reason I'm not getting fat. I may lower the oatmeal in the morning a little and add more hbcd to the intra.
