I am guessing this has been done before...
I see and hear about so many different views and new diets that do not abide by eating "X" grams of protein per lb of lean body mass that I'm interested in hearing from the members...
So how many grams do you eat/drink per day and what do you weigh?
Last but not least do you feel that when you realized the "critical" factor of protein in your diet that you made significant improvements?
