How many Grams Protein per/lb of bodyweight do you eat?

I am guessing this has been done before...

I see and hear about so many different views and new diets that do not abide by eating "X" grams of protein per lb of lean body mass that I'm interested in hearing from the members...

So how many grams do you eat/drink per day and what do you weigh?

Last but not least do you feel that when you realized the "critical" factor of protein in your diet that you made significant improvements?

I used to eat 1.5g-2g. Now that I've incorporated LBA's it's around 1g per lb of LBM.
 
I do 1.5g of protein per pound. I feel like anything more than 2g per pound is a waste of money.
 
I do about 3.2 grams per pound of body weight right now


Good to see you posting more here bro , your diet in the photo sections is pretty wild. D you think that your body is using all of that protein? Its obvously doing somthing positive.

I personaly get right at 1.5 g per pound of body weight and running a ratio of 55% protein , 30% carbs and 15% fats and seems to be doing a good job of dropping some bodyfat , I'm sure that the ratio will chance up some as my progress go on.

I don't think that most folks get enough protein in their diets , I know I diden't at first cause I was trying to get all my cals from food and the numbers I was using for the food I was eating were off.

1.5-2.5g per lb depending on goals.
 
I do about 3.2 grams per pound of body weight right now

Wow that's high. I'm going to guess your protein intake is high because your current diet is lacking carbs. Perhaps you are running a keto type diet where you could justify running that high of an amount of protein.
 
Depends on how many carbs I eat...you won't need as much protein on days your carbs are high compared to when they are low...
