Be honest... no judgement.
And if not, what is the least amount of time you cruise before hopping back on?

What kind of health problems did you experience?I used to only because I convinced myself I'd lose tons of muscle if I stopped blasting. I ended up with health problems.
I don't recommend it.
Close that Pandora’s box fast bro!Wha

Imagine caring about being judged by people who stick needles in their asses
As to your question, I think a lot of it is determined by health markers. IE if bloodwork is shit, go on a cruise
If you aren't using harsh compounds, I imagine there will be less of a need for a cruise phase
You are thinking of the wrong group of people.
When we say "perma blasters" we DONT mean people who are checking their health markers at all.
Most are afraid of what they'll see and are probably suuure that they'll shrink if they come down.
And realistically, everyone needs to cruise.
When i was in NYC, i was buddies with PLer who consistently was on 6iu of GH and 500-1000mg of test year round. The sad part was he wasn't. even. that. big. LIke 5'10 220. I remember him telling me he was just afraid to come down and to see what would happen to "his size." I feel like the older you get, regardless of how advanced you are, the more you realize that a cruise is needed. For one to stay health. And for two, to just make your body get that crazy response again. Going from 200mg to 1g is awesome lol.
