10's or 15's take 6 a day and dont sweat it. My last ones wer yellow and were supposedly 15's.

At one time he did have 30mg tabs on his list so maybe that's what you've got? I've used his 15mg tabs at 60mg/day & god did they rock! If they're real then you'll love them

I would say 40-60mg per day.

I used it alone at the end of a fairly heavy bulking course. I was dieting but not heavily, dropped lots of fat & it seemed to be preferentially in the abdominal area (which is usually the last for me to reduce). Had excellent muscle fullness, didn't lose any strength at all (if anything I actually gained a bit) & got some freaky ass vascularity.

I'll definitely be using it again at some point in the future.
