How many mls can you personally inject in each body part ?

I know everyone is different, some can handle more ,some less , just wondering what is your max limit of mls per injection ?For example, glutes , delts , triceps and Lats are the only places I inject , just curious how many mls can you guys who have injected those areas before safely get in each of those body parts I named ?for me personally ,glutes is the clear winner followed by Lats
 
2ml delts, 3ml glutes, 3ml quads, 1ml to the triceps on occasion.
Yeah 2mls is my max for delts also ,1ml for triceps and 4mls for glutes , Lats I hear can take alot, however I stick to 2mls for Lats , although I suspect they can handle more than that, maybe some lat injectors can chime in here and let us know , your experience with lat injections and how much they can safely handle , 4mls for glutes causes me no pain whatsoever , during or after injection
 
Glutes, rear and side delts, quads and lats but not for a while all 3ml. Lats a bit hit and miss all the others fine
You know buddy quad injections scare the hell out of me , heard to many horror stories about quad injections, also can you explain more what you meant by Lats a bit of hit and miss ?

I’ve had some pip from quad shots here and there but it can happen in any muscle I think you just notice it more in the quad cause you’re walking about on it.
The only time I’ve thought it hurt to the point of pulling the needle back out was 1 side delt shot a long time ago.

From memory the worst/most consistent pip I’ve had was with lat shots just a constant aching feeling
 
3ml in glute, 1.5ml delt, 2.5ml ventroglute, 1ml tri, 1ml rear delt, 2ml upper quad, could probably do more in each site, but no need to as of yet
 
i used to have more issues with quad injections in the past and i started just shooting slightly higher up on the quad and havent had PIP since...
most i have inj is:
3ml's in quads, glutes (pretty much never do this anymore as i started doing ED injections years ago)
2ml's in lats
1.5ml's pecs and side delt
1ml in front delt

never tried tricep or rear delt for anything but peptides, GH, etc
 
3ml - Glute, ventro glute, quad (vastus lateralis), lat, side delt, pec

2ml - short tricep, long tricep, upper pec

1ml - upper trap, rear delt, outer bicep, inner bicep

These are the sites I've tried. The ones that I find consistently cause no issue for me are side delt, rear delt, lats, ventro glutes, and glutes. The others can make day-to-day activities difficult if they get pip or tightness.

Have you noticed a lack of details in the front delts since injecting them?

I've never shot my front delts as they are very striated and I wouldn't want to lose it. I'm not sure whether injecting then would cause it so be interesting to hear.
 
Depends on the gear. Some like primo I am lucky to get half a cc in one spot. EQ I can do 4 ml easy in quads or glutes.

Only places I inject are quads and glutes and if really needed hamstrings.

If you arent using quads, you are seriously missing out. Theres literally no faster easier place to pin. Only issue is sometimes you get the launching blood effect for a second or two. That doesnt happen to me anywhere else.

Oh man , makes me rethink my lat shots lol, but like I said ,everyone is different, you know that the most painful steroid to inject for me is tren acetate, every time felt like I got punched in the arm by Mike Tyson lol , no other steroids do that , well that I tried anyway , test prop , no pip whatsoever, I think it’s because the acetate is so fast acting , even faster than prop , but man what a steroid tren ace is , so much so I just deal with the pip and the awful heartburn tren ace causes me , the metal taste in the mouth after injection is no picnic but I can deal with that, yeah see what I mean man ? those quads have so many important veins nerves and you yourself said couple times you had some problems with quad injections , yeah I’m gonna pass on the quad injections, like I said , I’ve heard to many horror stories l
 
3ml quads and glutes, 2ml delts, 1ml triceps outer head.

and the quads are big, I inject all over them
 
How the hell do you pin in the triceps?! in the sense of how to do you reach it and what gauge do you use for triceps? never done it before so curious .
 
4.5 cc quads - I haven't tried more, but 5 ml would have gone in easily

I also tried 4.5 cc in the side shoulders, but sometimes a little oil leaked out. That's why I prefer smaller injections like 1 cc in the shoulders, and rare injections, where there are long esters and 4.5 cc accumulate, in the quads. I haven't done an injection like that for a long time, but some time ago there was so much of it.

Generally, the slower I do the injection and the slower I pull the needle out, the less chance there is that anything will leak out except blood. If I do everything in a hurry, even 1 cc can leak out a little.

oh i hate doing quad shots, but they are still in my rotation. as joeirock says above, go a little higher up the leg and away from the knee seems to have less issues.
what i do is place the bottom of my hand/palm against my hip bone and where ever my middle finger hits is about the spot i pin. its more outer quad than on top.
i've done a calf shot...once. shot 1ml TNE, had to hobble around for a few days after that lol.
 
My preferences - not absolute maxes:

3ml - glute and ventros
1ml - pecs
1-2ml - delts
1ml - traps (very rare - no need in a decade)

With Glutes and Ventros that's 12ml even at 1x per week each so basically enough capacity for anything I've done or will do. Practically, I use a lot of longer esters so a short ester or fill in will be other spots in 1-2ml and use slin pins heavily here.

I don't do quads. No nightmares but I've had enough PIP there that I just avoid unless necessary and they aren't necessary for me.
 
have done the following
glutes, quads 5ml
Tricep, Biceps, Chest, Lats, Side delt, Calfs 3ml
rear delt 2ml
Front delt, traps 1ml
20 years of pinning 0 infections...
 
Any tips of managing and preventing PIP?

I hardly get PIP anymore but every now and then I randomly seem to get nasty PIP, usually in VG injections, and I dont do anything different in my procedure. happens rarely but when it does it nearly handicaps me for 2 days. wonder why and how to prevent this forever

VGs are one of the least PIP spots for me and I'd think most others. Gear with real PIP that hurts in the regular glute is hardly felt by me here. Not doubting your claim but maybe throw up an anatomy chart and confirm how/where you are injecting. Handicap for 2 days randomly with otherwise painless gear seems like there could be a placement issue (and yeah, I've had poor placement issues on VG myself and it hurt a lot when it shouldn't).

For me, PIP is from painful gear - hurts everywhere with some spots more - or a poorly placed injection. And sometimes it's just a random ding we all deal with. I don't do any warming or other odd techniques via prayer or ritual. If it's generally happening in one spot, otherwise painless gear, and handicaps you...I lean toward placement.
