So you sell 30mg/ml primo ace? Weird I don't see that anywhere on your site.Hey @TomJ , appreciate you voicing your concerns.
Just to clarify, the situation being discussed was a factory-level mislabeling issue, not intentional underdosing. It was addressed directly with the customer involved, who received a full refund plus reimbursement for the Janoshik test, and he confirmed satisfaction afterwards.
We’re not here to debate drama publicly, but we stand behind our quality. Anyone with questions or wanting to verify results is welcome to request independent lab reports or even test our products themselves, we fully support transparency.
If you’d like to discuss specifics, feel free to reach out anytime at [email protected].
Wishing everyone a great and safe training journey.

One vial and one customer were the only thing affected by a supplier mistake? So you sell 30mg/ml primo ace? Weird I don't see that anywhere on your site.
So how did it get mislabeled multiple times?
It’s not YMS first rodeo of getting caught with underdosed or different compounds compared to their label. They also do not reimburse jano testing which steers a lot of people away from sending stuff in to verify. One vial and one customer were the only thing affected by a supplier mistake?
Or am I missing something? (Which does happen)

It’s half the dose dude. That’s not mislabeling when both products are supposed to be the same mg amount.Just to clarify, the situation being discussed was a factory-level mislabeling issue, not intentional underdosing. I’d love to get some testing done on directs products if anyone has anything they would like to send off. I have seen some terrible total T levels with them.Hope I’m wrong but have a feeling a few sponsors are about to be exposed. Remember to send nothing with labels and never tell the testers what it is or who the lab is. It’s a small world and you never know who’s looking out for who.
No labels, no info. Send them an extra vial with fucking olive oil in it, I don’t care. You are paying them to test, so make them test. Just simply “What is in this vial?”
They just mislabeled one vial, obviouslyOne vial and one customer were the only thing affected by a supplier mistake?

@Yourmuscleshop I see you liked this post. Did you pull the primo from your website?strong accountability, keeps the views and trust for reliability in the industry.
Nothing was pulled, Primo is simply out of stock at the moment.I think we should try to either keep this thread alive, or start one perhaps where we can discuss the idea of holding labs more accountable.

@Vision did you ever figure out what happened with yours? I know you guys claim to test everything, any clue what happened with this vial?
If you do, please come back and share your results!Seems like I should send off this Mast E from Vicon. Was told they didn't need to test because they had been around a long time.
we should absolutely keep holding labs accountable - especially so called guaranteed sponsorsI think we should try to either keep this thread alive, or start one perhaps where we can discuss the idea of holding labs more accountable.
Well, feel bad for the rest of the fellas that put it out of stock then lolNothing was pulled, Primo is simply out of stock at the moment.
Appreciate the discussion on accountability, we’re always open to it and stand behind what we put out.

I mean, I don’t know why anyone would be shocked by that when no one here really holds these sources accountable at the moment. And I’m guilty too, hoping to change that though. I think a telegram/discord or even just a running thread of the users testing and all of us chiming in to test x product would be great.Unfortunately there's probably more of this that happens than any of us realize.
