wow you guys just aren't right in the head! my training is always and will always be hard, i don't think i could change that if i could, i eat a shitload of protein, but thats about as complicated as it gets. i don't really pay attention to anything else, or really count anything, im just a creature of habit. Dont really want to be any more serious than that, i just get by with training solid. O and i probably drink about 2 gallons of crystal light a day just cause i love the shit.
