I get my T3 tested with my bloodwork every 4 months and its always in the middle of the range so my doc sees no need to prescribe it. Have labs coming up in november so we'll see then. I'll be 11 months into my most recent HGH run at that point.
i'm going to do bloods soon and see where i need to tweak. i don't think just throwing it in the mix without looking at your bloods first is a good idea.
My understanding is because of the enhanced anabolism. Dante I believe likes to use small amounts of t3 to help keep someone lean while theyre pushing the boundaries for all out size. He mentioned moderate cardio on off days, small amounts of t3, and carb cutoffs at night with most carbs being eaten around workout window.
