Never drop it. Hard to tell if it keeps you fuller seeing at the end of prep you should be pretty Flat most of the time. Def doesn’t make you hold subq water though. Lose all the fat..don’t worry about holding water from anything really.

Hey Gun, just to add to what I already said here...I know some coaches who load creatine the final week. Especially with naturals and bikini girls that need a bit more fullness. I haven’t ever loaded it or had anyone load it the last week but I just keep it consistent throughout.
