3ius subq 3 hours after last meal or right before I hit the bed. Switched from twice per day AM / PM and its alot better all at night. Wake up lean as hell and sleep good to. Got CT all the time hand hurt and pins and needles and numbness in the finger tips all day. Elis are great!

Best not too. Carbs effect the conversion to igf in the liver. Proteins once broken down to amino acids can be turned into carbs via glucogenesis.

Carbs increase the conversion of igf in the liver due to insulin secretion. The only reason to avoid carbs around gh is if your going purely for fat loss as the insulin will block the release of ffa. Would be better to eat some solid protein or a slower acting protein such as cassien if going for fat loss as it's a lot less insulinogenic than whey.

Why would you take whey pre cardio? Do you gh im no sub q, wait 90 minutes without eating anything. Do cardio. No aminos (especially bcaa as there very insulinogenic)just water and some black coffee or green tea if you wish. Now that ffa has been liberated burn them off with cardio. If you really want to push fast loss stay fasted a few more hours. Me personally I have a carbless meal of chicken tuna and nuts and have my first carbs of the day a few hours later. Whey protein pre cardio is a terrible idea. Eating straight after gh isn't an issue unless your doing the whole cardio/fat loss thing

It depends on the dosage, If your using 1-2 IU's then your GH could enhance your GH pulse that happens when you fall asleep, although a large dose of GH would suppress it.

How do you figure. T3/gh/slin are part of a negative feedback loop. When any of the three are elevated the other two drop.

Your training about natural GH release, were talking exogenous hear. Big difference. Insulin and gh are very synagestic. Just that our body never Makes then together unless you get lucky and rake up in night and eat a carby meal right after a natural pulse. your body will still produce what every insulin it needs too in presence of gh.
