i dont really train much different.
I always try and get in heavy sets with low reps, and some moederate heavy sets when I can get out 8-10. stays the same for me cut or bulk

This is my first cut, but I am doing pretty much every thing the same but with slightly less weight and more reps. Nothing crazy just do not want to risk injury
I do the same amount of sets. Usually shoot for 10-12 reps per set. When cutting I try to rest only 30-45 seconds though. Keep the heart rate up, burn the fat
I believe I remember reading Shelby talk about this at one point and he said why change anything? (my memory isn't the greatest, but I think that's right)
