Like it says in the title...Would love to hear how much volume you do for body parts while in a calorie deficit.
 
i dont really train much different.
I always try and get in heavy sets with low reps, and some moederate heavy sets when I can get out 8-10. stays the same for me cut or bulk
 
I do one week 8-10, then the next 12-15
 
This is my first cut, but I am doing pretty much every thing the same but with slightly less weight and more reps. Nothing crazy just do not want to risk injury
 
Besides reps, it is important to move briskly between sets.. (1) minute max, this keeps the heart rate up...
 
During a cut I prefer 8 sets of 8, 5 exercises for a total of about 40 sets. 30 seconds between sets, entire workout is done in about 45 minutes.
 
I maybe lose 1 set while dieting but I decrease the reps for sure.

Reps lowered to keep strength.
 
I do the same amount of sets. Usually shoot for 10-12 reps per set. When cutting I try to rest only 30-45 seconds though. Keep the heart rate up, burn the fat
 
I meant reps, and 4-5sets per body part.. Sorry my post wasn't clear
 
I train the same way as in the offseason...diet changes though and I add just a little more cardio. Just changing the diet does wonders.
 
I would like to try low volume for pre contest. Such as DC.

DC is really low volume.
 
I believe I remember reading Shelby talk about this at one point and he said why change anything? (my memory isn't the greatest, but I think that's right)
 
Whatever training helped you build the muscle will help you keep the muscle.

Use your diet to help you loose fat.
