Honestly, I probably shit at least 4 times a day sometimes more. It's usually not long after I eat. This is not a joke at all. I'm talking about when I'm bulking. When I'm cutting I don't shit very often.
Is this unhealthy to be going this much?
Also, where is the best/cheapest place to buy digestive enzymes and pro biotics? How necessary are digestive enzymes and pro biotics and should you take them pretty much permanently if you are a bodybuilder?
