How many use Dairy in their diet?

Many BB have different beliefs when it comes to dairy....

How many of you use dairy on a regular basis? If so, what kind (milk, yogurt, greek yogurt, cottage cheese... etc.)? Do you use non-fat, lowfat, regular?
How much do you consume in a day?

Raised on a dairy farm in VT. I love all dairy product.
2Xday 1/2 low fat cup cottage ch w/4 whole omega eggs
1-2 X Day shake=1 cup fat free milk + 1/2 cup low fat cottage ch. + 1 cup papaya juice + 3 whole omega eggs + frozen pineapple/strawberries.
 
I am a fan of skim milk with my shakes at certain times of the year for sure, never bothered me.
 
love milk and cheese...it does my body good :)

but I have absolutely zero interest in dropping below 10% bf.

See, I know the whole "milk makes you hold water" mantra... but where does that come from? It's not like it contains grams of sodium. I think it depends on how lactose tolerant you are and making sure you are still in your macro's.

I am ADDICTED to raw milk. I feel great on it. I never feel bloated on it. But, if I drink too much milk from the store, I get bloated, gassy, and, sorry for the TMI, my stool consistency is just "odd". Raw milk though... no problems at all... all the "healthy bacteria" and enzymes in it make it easy to digest.

If I won't have raw milk around for awhile, I make sure to get Kefir... same thing... the healthy bacteria in it addresses any digestion issues.

Edit- I will say though, when it comes to dieting for a show, I don't know how milk will affect someone getting into single digits... but with that and the above said, why would raw milk or kefir affect it negatively then? hahaha... to be honest though- simply out of complete neurotic-ism, if I were to ever diet for a show, I probably would cut out the dairy at least a month before the show hahahaha

I use milk in my cornpops right before I go workout, hahaha does that count?
 
That's what I've been told by fellas here with a whole lot more experience than me. I have cut it out right now.

You can get lean while drinking milk. Now if you sensitive to lactose that is whole different story, take it out. Being shredded might be a bit different.

I lean out very nicely with skim milk, then take it out as needed.

2 greek yogurts every day even while dieting. it has improved my digestion significantly.

I don't see why Wasp... the fats are no different than any other... if anything, the fats in raw milk are BETTER for you- more CLA.

yes,I love greek yogurt especially!
 
I stop all dairy at 2 weeks out.
I'm 10 days out and already miss even plain Greek yogurt :(
 
I love cheese i always have to have a slice or two every day. Also low fat cottage cheese with a few crackers.
 
I have at least 16oz. of greek yogurt everyday and about 8oz. of chocolate milk eod.
 
I try to keep the dairy intake fairly low, personally.

Eggs are about the only thing dairy I eat a lot of, but I have milk in my coffee in the morning, and also, force cottage cheese down my throat before bed every night (yuk!).
