How much (added)fat are you eating?

Currently
36 on low days
24 on medium days
0 on high days

Used to do over 100g a day with moderate to low carb with success, but I've grown to like this approach better as I like rice more than fats
 
Trace mostly other than egg yolks. Think it’s pretty much a given for enhanced guys that fat other than low amounts for health and trace amounts etc are of little to no use and are much more likely to end up as bodyfat than protein and carbs
 
I don't intentionally add any fats. Currently eating 450P 600C 80F on training days. This seems to be keeping things tighter while growing.
That´s a pretty massive amount of protein, no digestion problems with that?

Initially yes, so I backed off and progressively added more each week. Also, digestive enzymes help a ton. I couldn't do it without them.

high protein (i add bromelain to each meal) is one of the key elements to fast recovery in my opinion
 
EVOO has so many remarkable and undeniable health benefits, I always use two tablespoons a day.
The rest comes from a few whole free range eggs, wild salmon and macadamia nuts.
My protein/carbs sources are super lean so I stay within 50-60 grams total a day.

Like(really curious)? Used to be said about coconut oil as well I believe but that ship has sailed.

Well.. A lot of people preach you get less fat without adding a lot of fat in a bulk for example.

because it's true, just look at bodybuilders who eat very low fat and high carbs and compare it with those who use additional fats

Sure, this is yesterday. I'll just attach some screenshots from the app. Meal 3 is Post Workout. Meals aren't static, they change daily dependent on how much effort I feel like putting into making my meals that day / how much time I have. This was a lazier day. The Protein Cookies are homemade.

I add 1 tablespoon pb to my cream of rice preworkout meal. No other added fats
 
When I was competing I liked to stay very lean year round so I consumed virtually no dietary fat at all, even when bulking.
@luki7788 knows his stuff, obviously, just look at the guy.
My dietary construct came from the diet of Andreas Muntzer. The guy consumed protein and complex carbs. That’s it! Year round, the leanest bodybuilder!
Now that I no longer compete I have one high fat meal per day but with minimal carbs, and a 3 hour minimum separation before I consume carbs again.
My one daily high fat meal is:
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 3 handfuls of mixed nuts: cashews, almonds, Brazils, filberts, peanuts, pecans
- 1 pint of fat free cottage cheese
