Just have a question regarding how many carbs can be stored as glycogen post workout??? I will be using slin so I don't want to overdue the carbs to store it as fat. Second question is I was thinking about this. Carbs only on the days I workout, two workouts per day, the next day I take off. Would I still grow if I only had minimal carbs since my glycogen stores were filled post workout, and used whey protein to convert it to glucose throughout the day as my body needed?
