How much carbs post workout?

Just have a question regarding how many carbs can be stored as glycogen post workout??? I will be using slin so I don't want to overdue the carbs to store it as fat. Second question is I was thinking about this. Carbs only on the days I workout, two workouts per day, the next day I take off. Would I still grow if I only had minimal carbs since my glycogen stores were filled post workout, and used whey protein to convert it to glucose throughout the day as my body needed?
 
I thought it was 10g carbs per iu of slin. To be safe of gaining fat, maybe go to 8g per iu.
 
Yes its def 10g carbs per IU of slin. Also have some glucose tabs and a pepsi or gatorade near by at all times just in case you start to feel shakey(early warning sign of hypo). After you build up your tolerance u wont need 10g per IU but i wouldnt go below 8g per IU. I know some like to, but loading up glycogen into muscles is also more beneficial for muscle growth, so no need to shoot for super low carbs.
