Just joking Please just do yourself a favour and be honest all the time. GIYI was just mentioning how many lie on here and when they get caught out they usually disappear and come back as someone else. At least you owned up to your lie but why do it in the first place. If you lie about your weight why should people believe what else you write. Maybe you don't care but you seem nice so I am sure you do.

You shouldn't care if some people will look down on you on here because of what you weight... how stupid is that. If you want to do something about it then do it. You are only young so have lots of time to build muscle. We all weighed 160 at some point. Well apart from Concreter he weighed 185 at 9% at birth

I do a 12 week prep no cardio for the first 6, 30 minutes LISS or 12 minutes of internals with a warm up 3-4 times a week the next 5 then walking peak week. I was the leanest on stage but I also shed fat easy and had to worry more about muscle loss than fat loss during diets. Of course this could change as the prep goes but this is how it's been.
