Off season, 30 minutes 3 to 5 times per week after weight training. Contest, 30 mins fasted cardio first thing in the morning and 20 to 30 mins after evening training session.
 
jesus im jealous of the amount cardio some of you can get away with currently im doing a hour of fasted cardio on the stepmill and the fat isn't coming off as fast id hoped but this year I really got out of shape main lesson here is once your lean don't get fat again:banghead:



Ya it can suck lol... but blowing up is fun for about 2 minutes ha

Normally every other day for about 30 minutes....I switch it up between stair master, treadmill, or bike..... For shows I normally end up doing at least 30 minutes daily. I personally like doing cardio year round....I think it helps keep me lean and just overall healthy benefits like keeping blood pressure in check....I just feel healthier overall!
 
Only cardio before workout 10 minutes to warmup and raise my heartrate.
 
I like my new system, I do the following over a week;

15x 5-10minute stretching/posture/posing/vacuum
5x 15-30minute fasted cardio
5x 15-30minute active recovery
-2 LISS on Woodway Curve (great for corrective posture)
-2 AMRAP HIIT ab work
-1 strongman assistance work

Is walking my dog outside count as cardio? if then yes everyday first thing in the morning.
 
not too much right now, I ride my bike to the gym or store sometimes which may be like 20 -30 minutes.

Ill be doing it come pre cotest soon enough . Moreover, I walk at work a bit, nothing major mind you.
 
Just finishing Up, 5-9 hrs of manual Labor 5-6 days a week for 7 months!
Weekend workouts and Party's of course...
Cant wait for a Break!
 
35 min x 7 days fasted on the Bowflex Max Trainer at home. Great machine for intervals or SS
