I'm doing about 4-6 hours of cardio a week and I'm still not cutting as quick as I think I should be. My heart rate is around 145 the entire time. Should I be doing something different?
 
There is a huge difference between 4 and 6 hrs of cardio.!!
Are you tracking your calories EVERY DAY
if you are and you are doing an hr of cardio 6 days a week and see where you land.
After a complete week adjust 250 less calorie intake and burn 250 more.
 
Step 1 of losing weight is eating a specific number of calories every day. If you aren't doing that your pissing in the wind
 
You can out eat 20 hours of cardio! Check the food. If you ain`t a bit hungry most of the day you doing something wrong.
 
Cardio or fat burners, none of this will correct a diet without tracking what you eat.

Also, don't use cardio to make up for a cheat day.
 
Post pics then it will be easier to tell.

What do you mean exactly by not cutting as quick as you should be?
 
Not sure how a member since 2012 could ask such a basic question. Kind of seems troll like. idk
 
Its crazy to think that so many people don't understand basic nutrition that if you eat less than you burn you lose weight. Is this only an American thing or is it a world wide phenomenon that people dont know this? I've came across so many people who say they are on a diet but can't give me a number on how many calories they ate. Even people here have said that of your on tren you can eat as much clean food as you want and stay lean, they maybe have a very low standard for lean or I need some of that super Tren that burns though fat.

It's the same over here in Belgium so I'm pretty sure it's a worldwide phenomenon 😀
 
I have lost more fat in less time using less DNP but tracking absolutely all food / calories.

My opinion . . . follow the well established guidelines for cardio and
heart health. I would make that my maximum for the time being.

Then . . . for 'cutting', it is ultimately all about diet. As M said, starve
yourself . . . but not at the expense of your muscle mass which to the
greatest degree possible, be maintained.

Record, record, record, every thing you eat. Take accurate photographs
(see my sticky on Physique Photography), along with the mirror are
your friends. The scale is like a ouija board, it messes with your head.
