Stats: 5`9 and currently a lean 227
At peak was 245 but been on HRT at 150mg test e for ages (5 months)
Will be adding test, tren ,mast, slin, cjc, ghrp etc all shortly after finishing a mini diet pre blast.
The issue is my diet. I have struggled big time last few blasts to eat 5k cal and tend to eat about 4k at a push and this is limiting my gains.
So now Ive bought some coconut oil and thinking of this:
Meal 1 - 5-6 whole eggs, 2 toast, 50-75g cereal and milk, coffee etc
Meal 2 - 150g oats, 75g whey, 30g coconut oil
Meal 3 - 10oz meat with rice/potatoes/veg/50g nuts
Meal 4 - Same as meal 4
Meal 5 - 150g oats, 75g whey, 30g coconut oil
That`ll be it - simple. Shooting for 5k cal. Fats will be higher than before at around 200g as need to limit carbs to an extent as I`m sure my last few blasts when I ran 550-600g carbs my guts literally fucked up badly by about week 3-4. Also slightly lower carbs equals less bloat which I never like too much of.
So is 60g coconut oil ok, anyone run more and how does your digestion handle it?
200g fats better than high carbs?
