I cook everything in virgin coconut oil and take 2 TB of MCT oil daily. I just received this yesterday. People say it's the best they have tasted. I haven't tried it yet but what a bargin.
I MIGHT be wrong, but I'm pretty sure that the mountain dog diet guidelines say that saturated fat should constitute no more than 5% of youre calorie intake
2-3 tblsp a day with food. I also may have 1 tblsp of EVOO a day with a meal as well. Still lean and I have noticed sicne upping my fats and keeping my carbs in the 200-300 range my enegy level is steady or above normal. Love this EVCO stuff and so do my clients!!
