Hello guys, is there any benefits to take more creatine, I'm talking about 20-30 grams because I saw Jordan Peters said he's taking 30 grams of creatine a day and I wonder if there's any benefits, also should it be same amount on rest day and training days?

I *think* (grain of salt here) that the physical benefits are achievable around 5-10g daily, but the cognitive/ longevity/ protective ones for most people are more around that 20-30 g a day mark- let me see if I can verify that.

There are a few studies that actually confirm this, I use 20mg a day, so dose my wife and anyone else I know. you get all the benefits mostly at around 15-20, just make sure you are drinking enough water with it and you should be good. and it should be everyday despite working out or not, even older people should be taking it in high dose.
 
On training days (10-15gm) 5 in my prework out meal (Early AM with shake), there are several grams in my stim free pre workout and 5 grams in my post workout meal
Off days (5gms)

I use it year round , 10 grams daily on workout days , morning and pwo and non workout days , I use 5 grams daily , mornings, no need to load with it, 20 to 30 grams daily , seems like a waste but everyone is different

The benefits are subtle. If you are looking for a supplement whose effects are like NZT48 from Limitless, you aint gonna get it here. There is no natural supplement that is going to help you overcome the fatigue buildup of working long hours 7 days per week.

Its not gonna be necessarily something you feel like a steroid or anything, its more so a long term healthy aid. Taking 15-20mg per day and it has done wonders from helping improve gut stability, brain fog, focus and energy to recovery and so on.

In my opinion, it's dirt cheap and unless it upsets your stomach (even in divided doses), why not? (I do 20 grams divided 10x2)
 
Recently started creatine again after not having used it in over a decade. For the past 6 months I've added roughly 6 grams to my morning shake and I've noticed a fairly significant improvement in cognitive function recently. Improvements in short term memory and information retention is very evident.

Thats interesting. I haven’t been using mine for a bit now, but guess I should start back up. I will have to find the study and read it
