Instead i would like to learn pratical knowledge from the vets in here.
Most people have a sweet spot and they know the cost/performance ratio is decreasing gradually after that. How much different did it make when you took it from 100 to 200 gr a day? how much from 200 to 300 a day? how did you respond to doubling the amount?
please also remember that we are talking about this increment while the other factors are same. so not increasing for dieting or for the new cycle etc.. also if anyone did this while off gear please express that too. then these datas will become even more important.
