I buy all my stuff form a buddy that has an online store. He is fairly priced but throws in a shitload of samples for me to try. I only use a gainer or protein powder. I take in about 450 grams of protein a day and 375 of that is from food. I spend total about 100-150 a week on food and about 50 a month of protein powder. I weigh 312 at the moment but plan to go up to 330 after this meet.
its so ridiculous how expensive supplements and healthy foods are.. and then all fast food places have a dollar menu.. one of the reasons everyone is so outta shape these days
About 100 Hundred bucks a month. Fish oil, Hawthorne Berry, COQ10, multi, saw palmetto, Protein, Aminos, and a preworkout. I dont take protein shakes everyday either. Money is better spent else where IMO.
I buy everything in bulk and usually for 6 months at a time so it comes out real cheap, about €100 per month.
Liv 52, Protein, Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Multivit.
And tons of good food!
About 25 dollars a month for protein. Don't use any other supplements.

Not Much here. Protein, multi, fish oil, caffeine pills. Maybe 30 a month since I buy everything in bulk.
My gear comes from GAULS so not much spent there either!
