How much do you spend on supplements for your cycles every month?

its so ridiculous how expensive supplements and healthy foods are.. and then all fast food places have a dollar menu.. one of the reasons everyone is so outta shape these days

About 100 Hundred bucks a month. Fish oil, Hawthorne Berry, COQ10, multi, saw palmetto, Protein, Aminos, and a preworkout. I dont take protein shakes everyday either. Money is better spent else where IMO.

I buy all my stuff form a buddy that has an online store. He is fairly priced but throws in a shitload of samples for me to try. I only use a gainer or protein powder. I take in about 450 grams of protein a day and 375 of that is from food. I spend total about 100-150 a week on food and about 50 a month of protein powder. I weigh 312 at the moment but plan to go up to 330 after this meet.

Have to ask... at that level of protein consumption, does one ever become concerned about kidney function especially when carbs are also high and oral AAS may be in the mix?

Always say it...bodybuilding is one of the most expensive sports. Hell, just wanting to live healthy is expensive.

I buy everything in bulk and usually for 6 months at a time so it comes out real cheap, about €100 per month.

Liv 52, Protein, Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Multivit.

And tons of good food!

Where do you buy it in bulk like that?

Magnesium 1g day
Bromelain with meals
Idebonone- 150-200mg day
Resveratrol-transdermal or injectable 100mg x 2 week
L Carnitine-injectable 200mg x 2 week

Melatonin-5mg bedtime

BCCA Intra Workout or LBA
Whey Shake 1 x day sometimes when need a quick fix
L -Taurine if cramping



Idebonone- truly amazing synthetic antioxidant (beats everything else hands done)with mitochondrial enhancing properties when properly dosed daily.

Resveratrol- a polyphenol/ antioxidant with ability to activate SIRT1 when used in its best bioavailable form of administration.

L Carnitine- ability to improve metabolic function when used in its bioavailable form of administration.

Here's what I take all the time regardless of cycle

whey isolate (buy in 25lb increments)
fishoil
creatine monohydrate
baby aspirin
vitamin d3 5000iu

I also picked up some leucine 4:1:1 BCAA mix on a cyber monday deal (500 servings total, should last awhile)

When on cycle I add

Hawthorne berry
NAC
co-q-10 100mg
celery seed extract

Taurine if experiencing back pumps outta control
Melatonin and / or benadryl if can't sleep (doesn't happen off cycle)

And if my cholesterol gets outta hand on cycle, I add in red yeast rice

It's not very expensive the way I buy it, maybe $40 / mo if you include the protein. But I buy cheap everything...

Maybe I could afford more / better supps if I could get on a certain sponsor's list...
