How much does sodium intake impact on back pumps?

Ive never measured how much sodium I consume but I would say that I tend to have a lot of salt on my foods in general.

I do use pink Himalayan salt but am unsure whether that makes any difference to the pump factor.

I tend to get really bad back pumps when on a decent cycle, I seem to be ok at an amp of test per week but 500mg or over and its pretty rough.

Im on 750mg Test E, 150mg NPP and 20mg dbol atm and the pumps are pretty bad. 5g or so of taurine pre workout seems to help a bit but squats and deads/rack pulls are something or a nightmare atm.

Just wondering how much my sodium intake is affecting the pumps Im getting in my back?
 
I have no idea about the sodium intake, but you're getting back pumps from squats??

Yes, I think its generally a pretty common occurrence tbh.

You must be one of the lucky ones that has never suffered from it.

I had the nastiest low back pump last night while doing stuff leg deads, Hamstrings and low back was on fire especially the low back, there going to happen...
 
It's probably the dbol..just pulling Dumbbells off the rack give me back pumps on dbol. Lol
 
I get bad back pumps from deep squats and SLDLs. I try to stretch and warm up alot, but it almost shuts down the rest of my workout.

Recently started trying Taurine pre-workout. The jury is still out if it works. My pumps were there, but didn't shut me down.
 
I bet anything its the Dbol. I tried using the stuff a couple different times. I couldn't even handle 20mg per day. Squats and Deadlifts were impossible. So that was the end of that crap.
 
Interesting- I have had the back pumps but never associated with juice or sodium - I thought my form or positioning was out on the exercises
