How much does the gauge of the needle effect post injection pain?

I've always used 22g for every spot. Sometimes I'm fine after, others give me mild to moderate pain. Would 25-30g cut down a little on the chance of pain?

for me were its at is a 23g for thinner stuff like prop i use a 25g i just be very careful not to bend the needle which i have done with the 25g from pushing to hard using test e and it leaves a nice bruise, so if you wanna go with a thinner gauge make sure your gear is thin enough so you dont have to put allot of force on the plunger

Even more importantly than the pain issue is scar tissue. Smaller gauges will build less scar tissue over time. If you plan on using gear for awhile always choose the smallest gauge possible. a 25 5/8 works on every body part for me

Lucky bastard lol... i can get away with a 25g in my delts but pushing Test thru it is a bitch. Everywhere else I use a 23g..... If only you could get Test to go thru a slin pin

IMO, the gauge of the needle doesnt affect post injection soreness too bad, but what it does is affect the pain of injection. Larger needles just hurt more going in, but I feel like once the injection is over it doesnt matter so much.
For the past year or so Ive been getting monthly phlebotomies and they use an 18 gauge needle right in my vein! Now that sucker hurts going in, but once its pulled out it doesnt seem to hurt anymore than a 23 gauge like I use for my weekly TRT injections.

Gauge doesn't seem to matter to me. I've use 23g for a long while and I only have real pain if the needle moves around while injecting.

Blasting Bunited Test Cyp thru a 22g and NO PAIN AT ALL...NOTHING. Havent tried the deca yet but im hoping the same. Been 2 weeks and lifts are going up.

dont notice a diff between a 23-25-and slin pin to be honest.

used a 20g needle when i was out. and shit def effected post injected pain. hurt to bend the muscle for like 2 days.
