I know it's very individual but say someone loses control and eats a jar of peanut butter or half pound of walnuts or a half pound of bacon

Can you body absorb 100-150g of fat at one time??
 
It will take a long time to digest and absorb large amounts of fat but unless you poop out oil it's all being digested and absorbed.

I can easily eat 2 tubs of haagen dazz ice cream, that's 160 grams of fat
 
If you ate that much, yes your body will absorb it unless you notice oil/fat in your stool which is very unlikely to happen

inject like 4iu log before ur binge and you'll absorb all of it :cool:
 
Not to be gross but you can tell if your not absorbing the fats by studying your bowl movements. If they are very greasy, floating, fetid etc chances are your not digesting all of the fats properly. It depends on your individual biochemistry, ex- how much lipase, apoliprotein etc your body makes. Genetics determine this more then anything else, you could supplement with oral enzymes but the data supporting the use of these supps is not very strong.
 
if there's a decent amount of carbs with that fat, i would guess it likely that the fat will be stored right where you dont want it, and that the 'limit' is probably very high, i mean look how fat some people can get so fast

No No No , when i fuck up i do it right like with a tub of cake frosting and bix of ritz crackers or jumbo box of fruit loops and gallon of milk.:p
 
i was just wondering because I've seen people during prep that are starving and devour a jar of PB or a bag of almonds
 
I can eat a pound of bacon with a dozen eggs,and some breakfast sausage easily for breakfast...I don't do sweets at all,not a big fan of anything that taste sweet...

Same here but I'll have a couple bowel movements after that that look like an oil slick.
Probably depending alot on the type of fat as well

I had a cafe in Poland I ate at at every morning for 3 weeks that was amazing
5 duck eggs , 8 slices of thick bacon and 3 Paczki (amazing donut)

Wow you literally just made me hungry from the food part...I have normal bowel movements that I know of lol...

Ive seen overweight family members that go ballistic with the atkins diet and still drop fat even living what I would call a sedentary lifestyle.

all depends how that person is currently eating....

if you were on a prep diet for the last 10 weeks...and
you fuck up with that much fat....you will just shit it out
whatever don't get takin.....pretty much all of it..

people that normally eat large amounts, will absorb more,
more easily...

Nah you bring up a valid variable

Now one thing thats becoming more "known" is the typical skinny person has more neat, while those who seem to out on fat easier dont.. they had a study done wth ha patient who was bedridden eating 6000 calories and ended up increasing his energy expenditure by 1000 just from various mechanisms... fidgeting ie

Then more too the point you brought up, I can post the question on lyles board for a better response
