I have Daily:
Olive oil - 1tbsp = 13g
peanut butter - 2tbsp = 16g
walnut oil - 1tbsp = 13g
fish oil caps - 2-3 = 2-3g per day
2.8% greek yogurt - 2-3oz = 5-8g day
2-3 times a week also have:
2-5 egg yolks
beef liver, beef
fatty fish
