How much food do you guys put away post workout?

10oz steak, can of spaghetti o's, can of pinto beans, 4 slices 12 grain toast, can of fruit cocktail. I'm bulking now...no more protein drink diet. :)

Ate a 22 oz pork tenderloin, with 2 cups white rice, 1 cup pineapple with 6 tbsp choc LBA on it. I eat when Im hungry and stop when im full.

PWO: (No shakes, just pure FOOD!)

14 oz Chicken Breast
Sweet Potato (Sprinkles of Cinnamon spice)
 
Shake then whole food

I make a protein carb shake. Put 1 whole banana, fat free orange sherbert, breyers fruit on the bottom yogurt, 3 scoops of whey protein and some whole milk in a blender and then drink (delicious). then about an hour later some whole food protein (chicken or beef) and some white rice and broccoli.
 
between leaving for the gym and returing i take in around 100g carbs and 60g protein currently but im just coming of a show so this will go up.

pre/intra shake of 20g EAA/ 5g taurine/15g glutamine/5g beta a/20g dex

pwo - 50g gluten free cereal/ 3 caramel rice cakes, egg protein powder
 
90G whey
3 tbps pb
Banana
Some rice cakes
Maybe like 90p/25f/50c

6oz chicken breast + 6oz steak(top round, grass fed)[cooked on grill or in pan]
1 large Yam or 50g brown rice
Mixed vegetables

Stop eating sugar and powder, provide your body with the NUTRIENT DENSE calories that it needs for optimum GROWTH! DITCH THE POWDER!! Obtain your carbs from mixed NATURAL sources! WATCH YOUR BODY CHANGE!

Having tried both using quality food n quality powders I personally have noticed no difference
 
I find raw milk with whey the best pwo meal.(thank you Emeric.)
I have solid food 1.5 hrs later.
 
Drink 50g waxy 50g whey shake PWO at the gym. Drive home 10minutes later and cook 10oz steak w/ 2 cups white rice and 3 eggs stir fried together

You should try adding a few ounces vanilla LBA's to your raw milk , its fugging awsome , like drinking melted vanilla icecream
 
right now im taking in more carbs then i have ever before pwo and no fat im suprised and just on gh and igf-des no aas.

pwo shake 150gms waxy miaze- 50gms whey iso-
1.5 hrs later solid meal 6oz chicken breast- 105gms carbs of white rice and 1 apple 22gm carbs.

i like the carbs i have a active job so i need even more carbs for energy.

isopure RTD bottle with 1 scoop karbolyn, 10 grams creatine, 15 grams glutamine

45min later... 8oz 93% beef, 1 cup white rice, 1/4 cup shredded cheese, mixed.
