2mg of Arimidex per week + 60mg Raloxifene per day. Probably could up the AI but I get better gains with my estrogen a bit higher annnd I don’t wanna nuke it as I’m also trying to do a little bit of a fertility protocol too. Justin Harris’, I talk about it in my log a bit.

20iu per day. Probably going to bump up in a bit. The goal this year was to try and stick with bioidentical hormones and just push dosage a bit. Total anabolic load has been higher than this but this is the highest I’ve run GH before.
No sleeping issues or lethargy?
None. I’ve honestly never gotten that type of response from test before. For instance, I was running 2g test + 1.2g of EQ a couple months back and I was a slug. Just didn’t want to move. I dunno if my response to EQ this year is just changing or what.

Ralox is good. I have primarily used tamox due to its just overall popularity but I also know it does somewhat limit IGF-1 production. And on thiiis much GH, I kinda want to maximize that. So I made the switch. I have no idea if it even was a limiting factor (haven’t gotten bloodwork for it) but still worth a try. I might even up the Ralox to 90mg as when I do get heavy like this my R nipple gets a liiiittle gyno look to it. I always have about a dime sized lump behind each nipple but when I diet down it’s not reallly noticeable.

Honestly, I have always been a good test responder. I feel good, I don’t get any awful sides, I’m not lethargic. I know that’s not the case for everyone at all. But test has always been the main driver and then a throw an anabolic along side to keep driving overall dosage higher. I have mostly stayed in the 1-2g dosage for years and this is my first foray into the 3g+ area. And surprisingly I haven’t hit that walll of, “well now I look and feel like shit,” yet. I might soon though. But I do play to kinda titrate up and see where that wall is over the next 4 months or so.

And the look for example vs test+EQ?
Not a massive difference. Maybe a bit more water on just test only. But I think my shape has somewhat changed and I’m a bit leaner than last year. Fullness is better but I’m also running more GH. To be honest, I don’t notice much of a difference.

The goal isn’t massssive size right now. More so to see what these high dosages can do and kinda what I can tolerate. I’m not eating in some big calorie surplus right now as I was last year. And the goal with my physique isn’t to necessarily adddd 10lbs of tissue like I have been for years. I think I COULD. I have no doubt that if I keep food high during this protocol, I could hit that 340ish range fairly lean. But again, it isn’t really helping my look anymore. My structure is crap and moreee mass ain’t helping it much lol. So food is lower, protein is lower, and it’s more fine tuning now. The interesting thing is that pre this 3g titration, I did a 6 week cruise on 1g of test and some lower GH and I maintained a good look, still way above 300lbs. So it clearly shows the dosage to GROW and the dosage to MAINTAIN are not equal. Which is kinda what we’ve heard pros say for years. Guys saying, “oh well I only use 1.5g,” ok bud, we know u use that NOW. But what about what you used to become a monster. Very different.

Big fucker, shoulder issues ? by your back double it looks as you have the samme issue as me placing arms vertical to the body and rotating the arm ?
Thanks man, and you nailed it. Multiple reconstructive shoulder surgeries on the L one. Basically took my external rotation away on that arm so I can hit that front double way I would want to. Also, soon as you take that external rotation away, it makes it ridiculously difficult to flare that side's lat. The whole scapula gets kinda frozen. VERY similar to what IFBB Pro Marc Hector deals with.

thanks for coming back to me mate, legit exaclty my plan for this year, run test only as high as i can and my first time running gh high as well, keeping it simple and steady, focus on teh basics of hard training good food and solid compounds, will check out your log

Wanted to post here instead of starting a new thread. I just lowered my dose of total gear. I was running 1250mg Test, 800mg Primo. But at 6' 185lbs, I decided to drop it down to 750mg Test, 600mg Primo last week. I wasn't really experiencing negative sides at all, and was gaining really well, but I figured it was the right thing to do, and up the dose when I stop gaining. Anyone disagree that was the right move?

But at 6' 185lbs, I decided to drop it down to 750mg Test, 600mg Primo last week. Anyone disagree that was the right move?

You were running a certain dose, you were having really good gains with no sides, but you cut your weekly milligrams in half.

at first glance: Why would you change something thats working really well where you dont have any negative side effects, and cut your total milligrams in half when its all smooth sailing?

at second glance: considering you are 6' 185lbs, you can probably gain just as much on 400-600 test and 400-600 primo and the 1250 test, 800 primo was probably a lot more than you needed. You need food and training, not gear.


no GH? an addition of 4-8iu is never a bad addition to a cycle.
