How much HGH should i run

Just run the GH on the days you workout. Try a 3 day a week split. So 10iu's PWO on Moday, Wednesday, Friday.

Thats what I would do. Because of your age you will only see the muscle building effects of GH at higher doses.
 
I would say at your age your money would be better spent on IGFLR3. However if you are set on running GH I would advice higher dose injections. Mabe taken PWO a few times EW. Instead of lower dose ED shots. IMO.
 
You do not need to work your way to 100mcg on IGF1. It does not work like that. More is not more in a sense.

10mcg-15mcg 4 X day only on your workout days (M,W,F)so 40mcg-60mcg

many differnt opinions on best way to run,,,for me 4-6iu daily, long term has shown best effect.

I recently finished an IGF-1 LR3 cycle and was pretty impressed. I shot PWO 30 mcg bilaterally into muscle groups trained that day. 60 mcg daily for 32 days straight. Gained about 8 solid pounds, lowered my BF about 3% and strength went up quite a bit. The only advice is shoot immediately PWO or better yet about 20 minutes before your workouts over. This requires you bringing pre-loaded pinz to the gym and shoot in a bathroom stall which is a pain in the ass but enhanced the effect noticably. I started doing this about 5 days left in my cycle and wish I did it to begin with. Any questions PM me.
 
Give IGF-LR3 a try

Understand that you won't get pounds and pounds of muscle from it. You will be generating new cells that you will grow in the coming months with good nutrition, workouts and gear (in that order). HGH and slin are used to make IGF in the liver - why not bypass that process and get what directly gives you the musculo-skeletal effects you are looking for? Especially since IGF-LR3 is several times more potent than IGF.
You should notice slight hypo-glycemia type effects - sleepy, tired, hungry following the injections. Follow up injections with some good PWO nutrition that includes whey/BCAA's & high glycemic carbs. People I know have reported good pumps & more intense soreness in the muscles that feels different and lets you know you are growing new cells.

hgh for fatloss run it with the 5/2 off protocol
hgh for mass with minimal fatloss 3x week so if you are doing 20iu's a week total on the 5/2 and want to go for mass just split it up between 3 days.
on the 3 x a week protocol people have been reporting less sides.

igf using grunts protocol will be effective 40mcg e3d or 3 x's a week which will make it last for at least 2 months.

What else were you taking along with IGF?
 
If you take HGH post training, does it have to be straight after ie shoot in the gym or just asap after ??
 
How about food consumption. I too will be starting HGH soon, 2 IU’s AM and 2IU’s PM, post workout, 5/2. I eat after my workout, at 7:30pm. Is HGH better on an empty stomach or not.
