I recently finished an IGF-1 LR3 cycle and was pretty impressed. I shot PWO 30 mcg bilaterally into muscle groups trained that day. 60 mcg daily for 32 days straight. Gained about 8 solid pounds, lowered my BF about 3% and strength went up quite a bit. The only advice is shoot immediately PWO or better yet about 20 minutes before your workouts over. This requires you bringing pre-loaded pinz to the gym and shoot in a bathroom stall which is a pain in the ass but enhanced the effect noticably. I started doing this about 5 days left in my cycle and wish I did it to begin with. Any questions PM me.
