I'm all ears

I'm about to start and will use it in conjunction with log pre work out.

More so pre bed meals is what I have to work out before I take the jump

I’ve been using 3iu pre workout and 3iu post with a 20g carb intra workout shake during the workout and my normal breakfast after the workout and been feeling great and having great workouts. Looking full and having some serious pumps

What do you guys think about taking glipizide pre-workout instead of insulin? You think it might have similar effects? It's a sulfonylurea that causes the pancreas to release insulin. It also has the interesting benefit of increasing GH output. I will post a link to a study

......now these are cutting edge, not sure enough people have experience.

Started lantus a couple weeks ago. Working with a coach and currently doing 10 iu AM and 10 iu PM. The half-life is ~12 hours it seems so twice daily dosing is ideal from my understanding, but I'm still new to basal insulin.

Also running humalog 5iu pre and 5 iu post.

I'm ~6 weeks post show and this along with 4iu GH on training days and TRT test is allowing for a nice rebound while I take a break from higher AAS doses.
