How much is too Much strength loss when cutting in your opinion in given time
i know theres alot of varibles that can come into play here but in your perspective when your deiting is there a certain minimum amount of stregth that you like to be able to atleast maintain when deiting. i could be off topic here and not sure of what im asking actaully and some might say its purley a diet and supplemnt manupulation. or say if your trying to speed up your fat loss partly by calorie cuting, is there a point that you stop at a certain point of loss of strength and say either do a carb up, cheat meal, add more pro in the diet. of course we want to lose fat and keep as much strength as possible, which is basically im really trying to get super lean but seeing some rapid stregth loss, but rapid could be opinal, like say since i started the diet my strength has gone down like 140lbs in each hand on the barbell bench to 120's probly within 3 months, would that seem rapid, normal, or alot of strenght maintain while dieting, and the kick is i probly have quite a few months to go, so im concerned about my strenght, and that im going upon keeping it the best way possible. whats your strength loss like in a given time while dieting? oh im not on anything
