First of all I want to say that I dose my Novolog to my carb intake and blood glucose level. I’m going to up my calories to help pile on the lbs and am contemplating placing those calories in the form up carbs in my pre, intra and post workout meals / shakes. I’ve essentially stalled at 4500 calories per workout day and 4,000 on off days. Saying all that, curious to how high you push your short acting insulin doses. Right now I’m running 20iu pre and post workout, for a total of 40iu per day.
