How much red meat do you eat a day

For the last 30+ years I have had at least 8 oz. per day and some times up to 1.5 pounds. Eat more of the leaner stuff. And my last total cholesterol for any that are interested in the is 135 with an HDL of 49. Been trying to get it up some for years but not much luck.
 
No red meat.

Salmon, chicken, tofu, white fish, prawns, vegan protein powder.
 
I eat red meat twice a day.Its where all the size is at!!!
 
Besides some cheats here and there I’ve been carnivore 19 months now. 3-4+ lbs most days. 2-3lbs on a lazy lounging day where my appetite/energy demand are much lower.
 
I eat a pound a day, split up into two servings with jasmine rice and mixed veggies. I use two sazon packets in the rice cooker, and when i cook the ground beef in the skillet i use a different seasoning. Cant remember what the name is, i think its a different type of sazon, maybe adobo? Anyways i mix it all together and i swair that shit tastes so fucking good. Sazon is the shit.

I always use 93/7 lean. And most of the time grassfed. The price difference is pretty big and that money does add up. Grassfed noticeably tastes a while lot better. If it didn't than i probably wouldnt spend the money on it.
 
I used to eat red meat daily but I dropped it a little over a year ago, it's been replaced with turkey, salmon, or more chicken. I can't say I notice a difference. I still have a burger maybe once per month or two.
Yes i did the same experience, i didn t see any difference when i dropped red meat.
 
10lbs of ground beef weekly plus usually 1-3 pounds of sirloin or roast. Amounts to a cpl pounds a day, a little less cooked wgt.

I will also throw in various organ meats on the weekends. Beef heart has been a go to lately and I also always include some liver.

Low and slow brother. I love it. Cube it, boil w seasonings, salt, pepper, fresh garlic and beef bones (w marrow), onions... its delicious man. Also, I'll incorporate it into a healthy type Shepard's pie. It's tough as hell and unique tasting if you dont cook the shit out of it ;)

I cut it into strips(cut all the fat away) and grill it about 5 minutes each side. Then mix it with a dressing of red wine vinegar, olive oil, shallots, oregano, parsley, and chives. It is so fricking good; my 16 y/o son is always asking me to make it. They sell the organic grass fed hearts at Whole Foods.
 
6-8oz every morning for breakfast and sometimes another 6-8 oz for dinner if I’m still hungry
 
i eat a couple burgers 90% lean EOD steak i eat 1 every 10 days or so depending on my money situation.
 
8 to 16 oz London broil. Mix with mushrooms or saurkraut to give the meal some bulk to fill you up. Follow up with some pineapple to digest well.
 
I cut out carbs and shit..just have 3-4 shakes and 3-4 servings of beef a day at 10-12oz each
 
I shot for at least 1/2 pound a day for over 30 years some times 2+ pounds but I could process chicken faster so usually ate more of that.
 
I use to eat it once or twice a day as part of my 5 or 6 meals. Now I stick to chicken, turkey, or salmon. I’ll have a burger when I go out to eat.
 
Beef once a week for me white fish gets my skin paper thin I love beef but dont lean me out like white fish, shrimp, chicken
 
What do you think about beef protein powder?

I really like whey and casein and have been with them for years, zero problems. But meat protein is purer (0 carbs and 0 fat), it is also cheaper.

My problem is that I would not know where to put it, after training or before going to bed? It seems more like a meal replacement, and I don't need that.

"Beef Protein" is nothing but ordinary collagen in the body
not absorb, the biggest scam of supplement companies
