how much t3 should i be taking

Try about 25mcg once a day.
 
I am not really sure but you probably could keep on takingit endlessly without any bad side effects .I just quit taking 50 to 100mcg after taking it for about 6 to 8 weeks without any bide side effects .
 
In the some thoughts thread bboy says 12.5 is enough to supplement gh with and can be done pretty much indefinatly. 12.5 i think is a replacment dose 25 will be more for fat burning

Most of the information I have read about it was with GH doses at over 4iu's/day for with no days off.

And it was T4 that was used...not T3.

25mcg is more of a maintenance dose. 25mcg does nothing in terms of fat loss. I start to see the real magic of T3 at 50mcg. You can run 25mcg for very long periods of time, though I would not recommend it.

This whole idea that T3 will shut you down permanently is complete bullshit IMHO.

Yeah? Just wait till you run it a bit to high and a bit too long and say that.
 
i have been running t3 for about 5-6 weeks now and i have varied the dose up and down. I am going to stay at 50 for some time though being on how i am severly in the low range of thyroid function naturally i don't really mind lol.

When you say side effects, do you tend to count muscle catabolization as one of them?
