is 375 mgs test e a week enough to preserve muscle on a very basic cutting cycle? not preparing for a contest or anything just want to get down to about 8%, 10%bf from about 14%. just eca, test, diet, and cardio for 6 weeks. any tips or advice? are my goals attainable?
stats- 6 ft, 230lbs, one cycle 500 mgs test 8 weeks.
