Haven't tested it yet. I was scripted 300, but dropped down to 160mg/weeks a few weeks before the last blood test to ensure that levels weren't out of control.

At 160/week they came back at 1056ng/dl.

Mine are in the 600-700 range at that same dose of 160mg week. I would assume a “real” trt doc would either keep you at that dose or possibly bring you slightly lower so that your in the 800s...

Yeah, I agree. To clarify this is an HRT clinic. I don't take the full prescribed dose year round. I cruise on 150-60 and stockpile the rest.

200mg weekly split into daily dose w insulin syringe. Puts total t around 1100-1200.

200mg weekly, however I split into 2 shots. No arimidex or anything else to control estrogen. Dr. Stated if the test dosage is correct then I shouldn't have a issue with estrogen. Blood work was every 3 months until all was consistent, now every 9 months.

Could someone help interpret my results?

Doc said results are normal.

I am not sure if this is considered low or not but numbers are def down from the past few years of blood. I def feel foggy all the time and also sleep like shit too.

Are there any vitamins herbs or test boosters that can help?

Total test: 501 ng/dL
Free test: 19 pg/ml

Hi : unfortunately I have not been able to be considered for trt. Wasn’t sure if there are any vitamins herbs supps I can take to help out . (Daa or anything)

Your total testosterone is not considered low by clinical standards or by what most members here would consider low.

Feeling foggy and poor sleep doesn't mean you have low testosterone. Just off those 2 symptoms I'd look at sleep apnea as the cause before any hormonal stuff.

Orig. went to doc who specializes in HRT. After blood tests HCG 30 IU x 2/week just before 125Mg Test C x 1/week. Just started Ipamorelin x 7/week at bedtime. Love this peptide, It's the fountain of youth. 62 yo.

As someone who has used all peptides heavily, try GH. Blows what you're using away at 2-3iu day. If you're getting ipam through the clinic, you're probably paying top dollar (overpaying) anyway for non medically necessary peptides.
