Making my new split... Going to be in the gym 4 days a week using Wendler's 5/3/1 on the big four... As far as accessory/hypertrophy work goes, how much volume do you guys use? I was thinking 3 working sets of 10-15 reps, 3 different exercises... Let it be known I'll be on cycle soon and I'll be in a caloric surplus. Just wondering what you guys do for sets/reps, how many exercises, and even your rest between sets???
