How much water do you drink on daily basis ?

I was told by a doctor if you run tren 2 gallons is best.

I agree with this; only way I can put down a bunch of water is if I add some BCAA's.. With that said, I still don't drink nearly enough.. Probably still under a gallon a day.

All I drink is water, so it's not very hard for me to get at least a gallon per day. During the summer, I drink closer to 2 gallons.

I'm also right around a gallon. It's all I drink. I watch my urine. As long as it's pretty clear I know I'm ok.
