How much water do you drink on daily basis ?

I don't keep track but I'm sure it's not enough.
 
I drink 1 gal of water per day minimum plus a 32oz gatorade...I get bad cramps if I don't add in the gatorade. ..I keep pickle juice handy for cramps also
 
Lately less than i should.maybe a gallon. But im getting back to where i need to be.
Goal is about 1.25-1.5 ed

I personally adhere to such rules:

During the day I drink as much as I want, while focusing on my own feelings, but be sure to drink at least 2 liters a day.

Do not forget that the intake of food additives (powdered protein, geyner, creatine, etc.) increases the water consumption of the body, consider this when you calculate how much water you need during the day.

I drink water every time half an hour before meals and half an hour after meals (and so every time in between meals), and of course before training, during training and after training (necessary).
 
about 1.5-2 liter of liquids everyday. i know i should be drinking alot more but its tough i drink water and im full and not hungry or bloated etc.
 
I would say around 4-5 liters, I don't really count as I use the "pee color meter" keep it light :D
 
On avarage 2-3gallons but I work a labor job outside so summer time 4 gallons

Most people are dehydrated if they are under artificial lights All day and are not eating correctly. Drink up, as much excellent quality water as you can if in doubt.
I love my San Peligrino mineral water and my Zero Water filter. I add a small amount of Himalayan sea salt to my filtered zero water to include some minerals

I drink about 5 32oz cups of water on any given day. There's ice in it, so it's a little less than the full 32 ounces. I figure it's about a gallon daily when you figure in the ice. With lemon and a pinch of sea salt.
 
2 gallons almost exactly. Carry around a gallon like a bro daily..
