how much weight has everyone put on over the holidays

I read this thread as I sit on the couch eating Christmas cookies :-(
Ive stayed of the scale the last couple weeks
 
I'm honestly disgusted with how I've looked and felt the last 2 days. It couldn't have come at a worse time either, I had to cut back my GH dose for a few days so I can make it last until my next batch comes in!
 
Oh yeah. I feel like a disgusting fat kid. Still have a food hangover!
 
I added DNP and a little T3 a few days before xmas to combat fat gain. I have gained nothing, and now plan to loose a few this week with the DNP.
 
For the first time ever, I didn't gain any weight over the holidays. I ate like crap for 2.5 days...boozed too. But I did 30min of cardio twice during that timeframe (in the morning on empty stomach 30min after taking caffeine/L-carnitine/yohimbe) and took 3iu of GH each day (I normally take 2iu). That was the difference: I managed to break even weight-wise in spite of all the bad carbs. :D
 
I also took the week off from the entire lifestyle; not taking GH shots, no training, etc.
I have lost 4 lbs though, despite eating whatever I want and not taking any supps/gear/gh. I assume it is some water lost from no AAS or GH.
Not a concern though. I needed a break and will come back 100% after my wedding Jan 6th.
 
I fell apart this last week; so much crap around the house I finally gave in and couldn't stop. I expect an all time massive pump tomorrow. Gained 5lbs this week all stored in my fat love handles....
 
Not a fair question for me since I started a G of test a week the Sunday after Thanksgiving.
 
I don't even what to think about it but I can tell you that I got some DES from ergo and it's going to take care of it without any problem ;)

Gotta love peptides :love:
 
Lost a few pounds...Although, I ate huge meals w/ lots of carbs, I actually ate a lot fewer meals than normal. But, I'm back on track and bounced back in weight today!!!!
 
Im up 2 lbs to 183...not to bad>>>didnt eat the best but didnt go overboard either...BM is 24.6 I need to get that under 24 though BF is still at 17.5...definitely need to work on that...just finished my workout for the day....and I can't walk now:D
 
I've held weight but had a bit of body recomp (not the good kind)

I eat whatever I can on these holidays but 50mcg of T3 to do the trick and I havent gain extra fat !!
 
Up 2 lbs, not bad considering the amount of cookies I've eaten lol.

But morning cardio is a life saver, should be more like 8lbs :)
 
avoided the scale like the plague imagining the worst but stepped on this morning and I'm down a pound over the week and I took on a box of krispy kremes and won so it should've been bad....thank you tren :)
