How much yohimbe hcl when using it oral

Hey bro getting ready to place order for suspended yohimbe hcl, and was wondering what the dosage oraly should be for a person , {myself looking for fat burning effects .I weight 278lbs. Dose is 0.2 mg / kg body mass / day: 220lb'er is 100 kg - > 20 mg / day.

For the orig. poster, this works out to about 25mg / day. I'd suggest starting slow and not mixing with ECA at first. Some people get totally flipped out by having both ephedrine and yohimbine in the system. I'd work up the th 25g / day over a week or two, then add some caffeine and finally a little ephedrine. Taking clen with yohimbine is awesome for fat loss. Amazing, actually. (Same thing goes for mixing clen w/ yohimbine, though.)

Last thing r.e. the yohimbine: its got a half life of ~8hr, so, if it make you wired like it does most, you might want to work up to taking most of it early in the day (no 10PM dosing).

The only thing I want to add is that our premixed Yoh Suspension would NOT be reccomended for oral use.
