How often do you change your routine?

Every ones anwser will be different and there is no right anwser but wanted to see what people do. Some change every 2-4 weeks some every workout some virtually do the same thing. A lot of contradicting info out there as how often you should change your excersises so was just wondering what some of you guys do?

Every workout. Everyones different though some change regualry while others may not its whatever works for you. Jay cutler tried many routines while yates did virtually the same one and they were both the best with completely diff styles. Look at arnold as well doing 4-5 hour workouts lee priest high volume workouts etc All these guys were the best but all trained differently it comes down to what works for you.
 
Whenever my body tells me to.honestly.when you get to know your body you can tell when you need a change.
 
I change my routine when I get bored of the one I'm using. I pick new exercises and work on gradually progressioning until I feel the need to change up again. I just keep things simple basically.

I change the 2ndary and 3rd exercises every workout. I keep the core movements same most of the time but may change the grip/stance, speed, reps every wokout.

this, i always keep some exercises that i want to progress the most with, such as incline db bench, db shoulder press or deadlifts.
when i stop doing them (for example when i switch from DB incline bench to BB flat bench i tend to lose strength or reps on these exercises)...
when i was doing flat bench regularly i was doing 240lbs for 5 reps but could only incline press the 90lbs DBs for 6 or 7 reps... now i incline press the 90lbs DBs for 16-17 reps but cant even flat bench 240lbs for 3 reps anymore simply because ive not been doing flat bench for months.
i switch around all the other exercises and especially isolations every workout, i also add some high rep sets or negatives whenever i feel like.
 
I do different exercises every week really but stick to a split for 6-8 weeks before I change it up again. A lot of my changes are based on work, travel, and generally my schedule. Actually going to a new one tomorrow.
 
every 3 months then after 3 or 4 times of that ill change it up every 2 weeks then back to 3 months
