lol Allex your idea's of thread title are very novel.

lets say roughly 1-2 times in like 6 months or so. I have not had pizza for long time so it has not happened.

usually i'll do something crazy at the end of a DNP cycle

yesterday was my last day and i ate like 15 oreos and 3 scoops of ice cream.

all my pig outs are sweets related to. i don't do pizza, burgers, that kind of stuff...but yeah once a month or so i will destroy some cake/pie/cookies in one sitting. i just make sure it's all in one sitting and not a prolonged kinda thing.
 
I do it once or twice a week, or whenever I feel like it. The goal is top just eat healthy most of the time.

Every Sunday

Once a week, every Sunday, as I'm currently experimenting with Skip Hill's Skiploading protocol...I'm doing a clean, low calorie/carb diet Monday to Saturday and then on Sunday, for a 5 to 10 hour window, basically eat as much highly processed carbs/low fats during the first 2/3 of the window and then more moderate carb/moderate fat during the final third.

Once a week on Friday now but I did go two months with only one cheat meal.
Last Friday I ate a whole pizza and 4 donuts.
I shit my brains out and couldn't sleep from the pain.
The next day I felt poisoned and couldn't get out of bed. Haha 🐽🐷🐽
My typical diet is low carbs so my body didn't know what the "f" was going on.
 
Every Sunday Night give my self about an hour to eat whatever but I always make sure to eat a good amount of protein first.

Last sunday it was

huge loaded baked potato
1lb of lean brisket
Jimmy Johns sandwich
Slice of Pizza
2 ice cream bars

Filled me up good but could've ate more

Key is to not drink too much with this meal, wake up looking freaky and dry.

If I drink too much fluid I can't eat as much and I might get a little watery the following day.

probably once a day... doesnt take much tho... i could never eat a whole 16" pizza... i can put down half of it tho :eek:

Ate at Bucca bi peppes last night...After Pasta A 15$ sundae!!!!

Still woke up @ 242....Damn!

I neither have the metabolism, nor the chemical support (tons of GH, tren, fatburners...) to just pig out completely.

I eat too much, I get fat. I get fat, I've officially shortened my off season.

I eat too little, I lose size, and strength.

It's a scale that has to be balanced equally. At least bloodwork looks good tho 😉

Yeah I'll have a cheat meal twice a week. But I can't pig out like stuff my face. It takes me at least a day or two to have my digestion recover and build my appetite back up.

Plus if you're trying to grow, the volume of clean food usually kills the need for cheat meals.

Dieting is a different story.

I eat a lot whenever I feel very happy or depressed! It's not a healthy diet:banghead: but food makes me feel satified, lol. the latest time was this Weds, in a friend's birthday party! :D
 
I honestly see no need to eat that amount of food just because of the taste! Everyone who is serious about this is eating for purpose not pleasure. So why put yourself in that much of a set back for a few minutes of pleasure when it took weeks, months, and years to reach your goals your aiming for. Just saying but too each his own.

Some people get a lot of enjoyment and pleasure from foods. Some also relieve stress from indulging in foods. Everyone has a vice and for some that is food.

This is coming from someone who rarely ever "binges" on anything and if I indulge in something outside of my normal eating patterns, I keep it very controlled. But I'm not going to act like a saint and say I've never had moments where I wanted to keep eating or even had a few times where I did and felt sick afterwards.
 
i have self diagnosed mild IBS, and eating any type of food even to the point of feeling "stuffed" is extremely uncomfortable. even this weekend, I had two mcdoubles post workout, and i was dropping mustard gas for 4 days. i just cant handle it.
