Good post/question Alfresco. I feel like Im in my 30s but Im actually early 40s. I feel too wise to be mentally in twenties but am not mature enough to feel my age in a sense. I feel being single with no kids keeps me doing things most people can only enjoy while in their 20-30s typically.

I would say in my head I'm in my early 30's Physically, depending on the day, I feel between 18 and 60.

As @TrippplePPP stated, I feel too experienced if you will to mentally feel like I'm half my age still. However, I am in my mid 40's and childless by choice. That along with my education/line of work helps me feel young and enjoy my day to day life. And, though I am by no means well off, I have enough extra cash to do and buy some stupid shit, so there's that too.

Intriguing question, Alfresco!

When I am playing with my Grandkids, I feel their ages (1,3 & 10).
When I am with my kids, I feel their ages (29-36).
When I am with work colleagues, I feel their ages (40-50).

I am 58.

When I am alone in the gym no matter how tired or achy my body feels....I make sure my inner dialogue keeps repeating "I am 29, I am 29, I am 29!"
I figure if I can sustain my mind age at half my body age....perhaps I can keep up this intense workout madness for a while. LOL.

I know how I felt in my 20's and early 30's

I don't feel like that

I have friends in there 20's and 50's.

I definitely don't feel there age either.

I sign documents frequently and list I’m 27 (honest mistake). So my brain thinks this clearly.

I feel like I am 22 again since stem cells.

I am told I look like I am 22-24.
