I was 2 months shy of my 24th birthday, so I was 23 and wow the strength gains were insane. Squat went up 200lbs in one month.

26 first cylce was dbol only then test at 500mg and dbol had some issues after that on reliable sources after I lost contact with my buddy.

Got back on 6 months later and not looking back I will be cruising and blasting...

Also had winny pills at 22 looked at them... thought about it.... and said I'll wait. I was a beast when I was natural though... Got hurt and got fat and grew titties ... That is when I decided to cycle to get back into shape. Every time I would enter the gym I was depress because I was benching 405 naturally at 22 and now I was dying on 185. People that I knew in the past I felt like they were all laughing at me even though they were not. (I use to have a HUGE fear of failure) Stopped working out and got on gear built a home gym and got jacked at home then went back to the gym.

seems you got major confidence issues, there is always alot to be proud of about your self. Stop being so tense in situations and just let your self go. Gym time is one of the only time I can get in a zone were I don't care two shits about others in the room let alone of what they think of me. Its like my meditation time
