How prepare for a workout in a shitty day?

I get my best workouts after a shitty day.

Actually come to think of it, the day after for me is when I'm in a really good mood. idk why, but the day after I have a shitty workout I am always ready to kill it and be super active.
 
Jazz, rock, swing, hip hop, R&B, Rap, metal, Jamaican, punk rock, ska, Techno, trance, dubstep, house music, surfing rock (or whatever it is exactly called...can't remember correct name right now), dance, electric, 70s, 80s, 90s,....those are off top of my head.



I'm made some of my best lifts listening to easy listening music lol.

How about Grateful Dead. I know that listening to Sugar Magnoli circa 1971 at Hundred Year Hall Is about as good as it gets. Maybe its because of my being a guitarist, but them or even Phish are as good as prozac pre-workout or anytime.

I always train first thing in morning within an hour or so of getting up, before my day has chance to turn to shit haha. By the time I've trained im too fucked to care of my day goes to shit anyway. Takes the edge of things:)

I can have my best workouts on crappy days. Use the emotion to drive you beyond your limits.

On a day I can't be bothered a few you-tube vids then a preworkout gives me all the drive I need.
