How strong are you guys?

Here’s a thread I can participate in lol

I have always been very strong especially for my size. Was trained by one of the best strength coaches in the world for years, starting when I was a teen. Same coach who coaches Julius Maddox, Tom Haviland, and many others

Deadlift 815x2
Trap bar deadlift 1000x3
405lb per hand farmer carry 50m
Squat 745
Bench 580 (pre-pec tear)
Incline 500 for a few reps
Seated military 405lbs
RDL 675 for working sets of 10+
Incline dumbbell 200lbs for 6 (biggest pain in the ass getting them up, worse than the lift)
Hack squat 12 plates per side x 15

I really wish I would have taken more videos of my lifts when I was really strong.
I’ve posted most of these before. Want to stay faceless on here because of my job but these I can share
Ended up doing over 600 on the Zercher but had accidentally smashed my phone camera by this point so no video :(

That is awesome. Pulling game is pure beast.

Not sure what your point your trying to make here.

How much of the population even trains bench? And then how many don’t give up after a year? Very achievable for most males. I’ve trained men in their sixties that had no history of weight training and eventually got them repping 225 natty. Nothing fancy either just basic progressive overload and consistency.

Ironically I see most people going too light or too heavy. Lifting with no intensity or half repping and muscle fucking heavy weight. Lots of skinny dudes that weigh maybe a buck fifty use heavier weights than I do on certain exercises.
Thanks for shattering my delusion that im pretty strong. 👺

In my 20s I inclined 405 for a 3. Deadlifted in upper 6s...squat always was poor at 405. I also tore a chunk out of my pec doing flyes with 120lbs. Dr said, oh it is minor....chest went black and I went back to him. Was told it was too late to repair, so I have this nice "meat free" lower/inside left pec.

225lb curls, not strict...but fuck me my forearms hurt for a week.

Never understood the ego allure of doing heavy curls. Pressing, deadlifting, squatting ... yes. But curling?

Not the strongest but for being in my forty’s not to shabby. Don’t know my max but for reps:
Squat-405 8-10
Db Incline-130 10-12
No dead lifts but rack pulls-405-8-12

Still trying to make progress 💪

I'm mid 50's now. I aint never been a competitive bodybuilder nor powerlifter, never even did a cycle of 500mgs or more of test personally.
My bests as an inconsistent weightlifter:
I cheat concentration one arm curled a 140, I benched 495(300mgs test/200mgs deca) for 2, I worked out with 405 on bent over rows and I cheat curled 305 with wraps so it didn't break my thumbs at the top. As soon as I'm back on trt and training again- I been sick for 3 weeks and recuperating 1- I will be back to 1 arm curling 100lbs seated kinda more modified concentration than cheat concentraction though there is some cheating- lol I just mean it's not some perfect slow concentration curl but it's not like I'm not curling the weight- not just swinging it- back of my arm is on my leg but I do lean- nothing crazy. I was 6' 220-270(puffy) but mostly 230 as an average. Never too consistent bc I had so many other interests and still was able to make money off my looks/body and capabilities from 21-36. I could show my strength in other ways too. I could punch like a mule kick, throw a country mile(nfl duke football 74 yards measured with witnesses) and I once did a back flip on stage at near 250 lbs- I also once fell through the stage doing it too and a drum set fell ontop of me. Haha That ended that. Hahaha Never again.
So, I was strong in my own ways and naturally to a degree even before I started lifting much. I used to hustle arm wrestling in ND when I was 190 in boxing shape bc I could beat a whole lot of guys way bigger than me and even though I wreaked of alcohol and acted drunk- I was sober. Hahaha

These days with an arthritic R shoulder in my mid 50's and on 30mgs tpp MWF: that 100 lb curl is all I got of any significance. Haha 🤦🏻‍♂️ plus I'm old, bald and ugly now so my biggest strength is probably this: idgaf. Hahahaha I'm hubby & Daddy!

Best comp lifts are a 661 squat, 429 bench, 727 dead at 242lb. I'm pursuing bodybuilding now but it'd be fun to get back to powerlifting. The majority of my PL was natural and my best numbers were after two test cycles. Currently I can squat 555lb with ease, incline db the 140s for sets of 12, deadlift 675, etc. Not freak strong but stronger than most men at my gym. Would love to taste a 495lb/225kg bench one day!

I’m 55 now and all beat to fuck up with destroyed elbows knees shoulders and spine. But when I was 32 at 232 lbs I was raw benching 525, squatted 495 for 12 a pulled a 775 conventional deadlift. I also loaded a 400lb atlas stone. Also squatted my own body weight 225 98 reps. Took about 10 min to do. Better to be a has been than a never was. I mean I’m still fucking strong but I’m just not ripping body parts off the bone moving heavy things anymore lol
