Planing on using it preworkout gols are to add lean muscle and as much fat as possible, my daily schedule looks like this
MEAL1: 80c 55p 5-10f (chicken, rice)
MEAL2: 50c 40-50p 5f (fish,rice)
30min post MEAL2 and 30 min PREW - 6iu Humalog (build up to 12iu over the few week course)
Shake: 30g malto/30g dextro, 10g bcaa, 10g glutamine, multi vits, 20g whey protein concentrate - drink 1/2 of it immediately after slin shot (30-0 minutes preworkout) and another 1/2 during the workout
MEAL3: (10 minutes PWO): 80-100c 50p 0-5f (white rice, chicken)
*Also have another 3 meals - 50p each and 50p OR 13-20f
Question is it enough carbs to cover my slin shot and training not to go hypo?
- 50g carbs from rice 30 minutes pre Humalog
- ~30g carbs from malto/dextro 0-30 minutes after Humalog (preworkout)
- ~30g carbs from malto/dextro 30-60 minutes after Humalog (during)
- 80-100g carbs from white rice 90-100 (post workout)
